"Thank you for DogStarNYC, in general. The site speaks to so many kinds of interests; it discerns which qualities will appeal to many different tastes in a tremendous number of activities. I love how it encourages young people to pay attention to the unusual.

In New York we let so many teens walk around the periphery, mildly shell-shocked by life, while the information that they need to make sense of their world sits in the center of the room. DogStarNYC welcomes them into the middle of the room; the blog tells them how to walk there." - Stacy L.

FREE! Online videos from group called TED: Ideas Worth Spreading

DOG STAR knows there is much on the internet that can inspire and motivate us to be... better artists?  better human beings?  Perhaps.  If we can pull ourselves away for just one moment from that website that keeps us watching and surfing and try something else, then, well, maybe we become a  little better, right?

Try TED:  Ideas Worth Spreading.  We've been passing around these links at DOG STAR but when you go to the site yourself you'll find your own themes, topics and videos.

We first browsed topics and then looked at the lists of speakers.  Bookmark the page and that way you'll be able to check out the videos over time.
